Overview

    As with individual tutoring, all group sessions run for 55 minutes. Groups are age/school stage based and where possible can include children from the same school. We keep the groups small with a maximum of 3 children with a dedicated tutor.

    TAILORED CURRICULUM
    Sessions focus on core aspects of the curriculum including, reading, writing, English/grammar and mathematics.

    The first session gives your child the opportunity to get to know their group and tutor, and the tutor will be able to gauge what level your child is at. It’s important your child is comfortable with their tutor and peers. Together they will develop goals as part of the Individual Student Plan.

    Each session includes ‘brain breaks’ to help your child reset when needed. All equipment, learning resources and refreshments are provided.

    TRANSPARENT PROGRESS UPDATES
    At the end of each session, the tutor will share a brief written summary to update parents on their progress.

    TUTORING DETAILS
    Session fees: Face-to-face

    Cost: $49 per session (or 10 week term $441 for your first term), up to 3 students

    Session times: We can work with you to find a day and time that suits. We can work with you to find a day and time that suits but generally we have 3.30pm, 4.30pm and 5.30pm sessions available.

    If you need a more flexible solution, our online tutoring service may offer more options.

We’ve designed our children’s workshop program with 3 things in mind: fun, fulfillment, and friendship. Every workshop we run is bursting with creativity, new experiences, and opportunity for your child to express themselves in a safe, nurturing space. Your child will leave lighter and brighter than they came, with a new skill learned, a sense of achievement and new friends made.

Workshops are on weekends, school holidays and we can host fun, inspirational birthday parties.

Looking for a party idea for your children (or yourselves!). We offer creative workshop parties for you and your guests or if art is not your thing, enquire about our space hire.


★ K-6 TUTORING


The Brightspace is a welcoming, inspiring and engaging learning space for children from Kindy to Year 6. Our aim is to support children’s education whilst lightening the load on parents.

We strive to provide a child-focused, positive learning experience for every individual. Our tutoring is offered in group and individual settings, both in-person and online, with emphasis on supporting your child as needed.

Highly recommended for party venue & art lessons for children! Antoinella & Michelle were amazing, 8th birthday party was a hit, it’s a big place, plenty of room for parents & kids, both can get involve with art/paint activities. Art lessons are fab too

We held our daughter's 7th birthday party at the Brightspace and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. According to my daughter it was "the best birthday ever". The Brightspace were very communicative in the lead up to the event, promptly answering my questions and checking in.

The space itself is was great. There was lots of room for parents to mingle while the kids painted. We had access to a fridge and tables so catering was easy.

Paris (the artist) and Ciara (the party assisstant) were both fabulous and the kids absolutely loved them! They offered helpful instructions but also managed the chaos of a kids party really well. All the kids had a great time and left with a painting they were proud of.

I would highly recommend the Brightspace to anyone looking for a unique kid's party venue.

My daughter (yr 3) joined the homework club at the Brightspace with the beginning of this year and she absolutely loves it.

Hayley is an amazing tutor. She took the time getting to know my daughter, making each session fun and productive. Who would've thought doing homework could he so much fun? 🤗

We were very lucky to find out about this hidden gem!


Highly recomended. Great space with helpfull staff.


The Brightspace does art classes and also hire out the space for events. And it was perfect for my daughter’s birthday as she enjoyed the art classes so much.


They offer a large space that is not shared with any other groups. It has large windows and easy to find on the main road. Has kitchen with dishwasher, bathrooms, table and has enough space for both kids and parents to enjoy.


Michelle and Antoinella were both great to work with and made our event memorable. The feedback from all our guests were outstanding.


Note, this place is sure to be soon in demand so we would recomend booking well in advance.

I had a corporate event and had The Brightspace arrange and facilitate an amazing team building session. It was the perfect session which allowed staff to relax, enjoy themselves and get to know each other with a little healthy creative competition. It was a great way to get everyone involved whilst having some fun. I highly recommend The Brightspace for team building and other events!
